Our casino lobby connects live dealer tables from Spadegaming and Habanero alongside slot rooms and a sportsbook category — all accessible from your account with GoPay, ShopeePay, or Bank Transfer where local law permits. Pick up where you left off: your wallet balance and recent game history are right there after login.
The casino section at elitejp is organised into three clear categories: live dealer tables, slot rooms, and a sports betting area. Live tables from Spadegaming and Habanero include classic formats like baccarat, roulette, and Sic Bo — each with real-time streaming and in-table chat. The slot rooms carry titles from Joker, JDB, and Bigtime Gaming, covering reel sizes from three-row classics to multi-payline video formats; RTP figures are shown only where the studio exposes that data on the title screen. Football betting — including Liga 1 and European match markets — sits in the sportsbook category alongside other sports. All three categories appear in the main navigation after you log in, and your account wallet balance carries across all of them without a separate top-up step.
The live dealer tables and slot rooms at elitejp are sized for portrait-mode play on Android and iOS devices — no pinch-zooming to find the chip row or the deal button. Live Sic Bo Royal and other streaming tables hold their video quality when your connection switches between WiFi and mobile data; the table interface adjusts the layout automatically. Slot rooms like those carrying Aviator Crash Game and Fishing War Mobile Play are formatted for thumb reach, with spin controls and the paytable in one swipe. Your account wallet and transaction record load in the same session, so checking a recent deposit before jumping into a table takes one tap rather than switching apps. Access depends on local law and supported regions.
If a live dealer table disconnects mid-round or your bet is not reflected correctly, open the live chat from your account menu. The support team can cross-reference your transaction record and session log to confirm the round outcome and wallet status.
Questions about a GoPay or ShopeePay deposit that reached your e-wallet but has not appeared in your casino balance are handled through the account help channel. Have your transfer reference number ready — it speeds up the verification check on our end significantly.
Your full casino game history — including slot rounds and live table sessions — is logged in the account dashboard under transaction records. If you need a specific round reviewed, the support team can pull the same record and walk through it with you.
Every slot title and live table in the casino comes directly from Spadegaming, Joker, JDB, Bigtime Gaming, or Habanero. We do not mix in unverified content — the studio name appears on the game loading screen so you can confirm the source yourself before placing a bet.
We do not publish RTP percentages we cannot back. Where a studio like Habanero or Bigtime Gaming exposes the RTP figure in the game's paytable or info panel, that number is visible to you in the title screen — we do not add or adjust it.
Every casino round — live dealer or slot — is recorded against your account in real time. The transaction log in your dashboard reflects the result the moment the round closes, and that record is the same one our support team references if you raise a question.
Access to the casino lobby requires a logged-in account. Your session token, wallet balance, and game-history data are tied to your verified account credentials — not a guest session. This means your casino activity and wallet movements stay private to your account.
The casino lobby at elitejp splits into three distinct modes. Knowing what each one gives you helps you decide where to start — and when to switch. All three share the same account wallet, so moving between them does not require a separate funding step.
Suited for sessions where you want a real-time pace — a dealer on screen, live card results, and the option to chat. Baccarat, roulette, and Live Sic Bo Royal are available in this category from Spadegaming and Habanero. Best when you have a stable connection and want an interactive format.
Self-paced play from Joker, JDB, and Bigtime Gaming. You control the session length and spin frequency. Titles include crash-style formats like Aviator Crash Game and fishing arcade games like Fishing War Mobile Play — each with its own mechanic, reel layout, and bonus round structure.
The sportsbook category covers Liga 1 and European football match markets as the primary betting category for Indonesia. Pre-match and in-play market availability depends on the fixture schedule shown in your account at the time you open the section.
Separate from the live tables, the table games section lets you play card and number formats at your own speed without a live stream. Useful when your connection is limited or when you prefer to set the round pace yourself rather than following a dealer's cadence.
These are the terms that appear most often in the casino section — in game panels, the account dashboard, and the support chat. Each definition reflects how the term is used specifically within this lobby.
RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total bets a slot is designed to return over a large number of rounds. It is a long-run statistical figure, not a per-session promise. It only appears in our lobby where the studio exposes it on the title screen.
A bonus round is a game mechanic built into the slot title — typically triggered by specific symbol combinations — that offers a different play mode, such as expanding reels, multiplier symbols, or feature spins separate from the base game's standard reel cycle.
A crash game is a format where a multiplier rises from 1x and can stop at any point. You cash out before it stops to lock in that multiplier on your stake. If the multiplier crashes before you act, the round ends without a payout for that bet.
In-play betting means placing a wager on a match while it is already in progress. Markets and odds update in real time based on match events. Availability depends on the fixture and the market type offered for that match at that moment in the lobby.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification step an account may require before processing a withdrawal. It typically involves confirming your identity details match the name on your registered payment method — such as GoPay or Bank Transfer account.
The transaction record is the log of all deposits, withdrawals, and game-round results tied to your account. It updates after every completed round or wallet movement and is the same record the support team references when you raise a query about a specific session.
These are the questions that come up most often from people navigating the casino lobby, checking their wallet after a session, or deciding which category to try first. Answers reflect how the lobby and account system actually work.
Log in and open the account dashboard. The transaction record section lists every completed casino round — live dealer, slot, or table game — with the time, title, stake, and result. It updates the moment a round closes, so the most recent session is always at the top of the log.
Yes. Your account wallet is shared across all casino categories — slots, live tables, and sportsbook. Navigate directly from the slot room back to the casino lobby and open a live dealer table; the same balance carries over without a separate deposit or transfer step between categories.
The live dealer tables in the elitejp casino come from Spadegaming and Habanero. Both studios are listed on the game loading screen. We supply content only from our confirmed studio partners — Spadegaming, Joker, JDB, Bigtime Gaming, and Habanero — across all casino categories.
The sportsbook sits in its own category within the main navigation, separate from the live casino and slot rooms. Liga 1 and European football markets are the primary focus for Indonesia. You access it from the same logged-in session and the same account wallet without switching accounts.
Check your transaction record in the account dashboard first — it shows pending and confirmed deposits. If the transfer left your ShopeePay wallet but the balance has not updated in the casino, contact support via live chat and provide your ShopeePay transfer reference number for verification.
The core lobby structure is the same — live tables, slot rooms, and sportsbook are all accessible after login. On mobile, table layouts adjust for portrait orientation and touch controls. Some live table features like side-bet panels may appear in a collapsed state on smaller screens and expand on tap.
