elitejp Banking: Deposit, Penarikan, dan Riwayat Akun
This page covers every money operation tied to your elitejp account — funding your balance, withdrawing to your wallet, verifying your identity, and reading your transaction history. Your deposit options sit inside the Banking section of your account dashboard: GoPay and ShopeePay are listed under the e-wallet tab, while Bank Transfer appears separately with local bank name fields. Withdrawal works through the same dashboard path — choose your payout method, enter the amount, and confirm ownership of the receiving wallet or account number. Before your first withdrawal, account verification is required; the documents needed are listed in the Verification tab after login.
How Your elitejp Account and Transactions Stay Protected
Every session on elitejp runs through HTTPS — check the padlock and the elitejp domain in your browser's address bar before entering any account details. Our identity verification step links your account to a single confirmed owner, which means withdrawal requests can only be processed to a wallet or bank account in your registered name. If something looks wrong on your transaction record, our support team is reachable through the Help channel shown in your account menu.
Domain and Connection Check
Always confirm you are on elitejp before logging in. The HTTPS padlock in your browser confirms the connection is encrypted. Bookmarking the correct address reduces the chance of landing on a lookalike page.
Identity Verification
Your account is linked to one verified identity. This step protects your balance from unauthorised withdrawal requests and ensures that funds can only leave through a method registered to your name, not someone else's.
Wallet Ownership Confirmation
When you add a GoPay, ShopeePay or Bank Transfer destination, we confirm it matches your registered name. Mismatched names on the receiving wallet cause withdrawal requests to be held until ownership is confirmed.
Support Access
If a deposit does not appear in your account balance or a withdrawal status stays pending longer than expected, reach support through the Help link in your account menu. Keep your transaction reference number ready when you contact us.
FUNDING YOUR ACCOUNT
Adding Funds to Your elitejp Balance
When your account balance needs topping up, head straight to the Banking section after login — it is listed in the main account menu. We support GoPay and ShopeePay under the e-wallet tab, and Bank Transfer for those who prefer direct bank-to-bank funding. Each method shows its own set of fields: for e-wallets you will enter the registered phone number tied to your GoPay or ShopeePay account; for Bank Transfer you select the destination bank from the dropdown, then follow the payment reference shown on screen.
Open the Banking Section
Log in to your account and select Banking from the main menu. Choose the Deposit tab to see all active funding methods available for your account.
Select Your Payment Method
Pick GoPay or ShopeePay from the e-wallet tab, or choose Bank Transfer. Each method displays the fields and reference details you need to complete the transaction on your end.
Enter Amount and Reference
Type the amount you want to deposit and copy the payment reference exactly as shown. Submit the payment through your GoPay, ShopeePay or bank app using the reference provided.
Confirm in Account History
After the payment provider confirms your transaction, check your account balance and transaction history. The deposit entry will show the amount, method and a timestamp for your records.
WITHDRAWING YOUR BALANCE
Sending Your Balance Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawing from elitejp follows the same Banking section path you used to deposit. Select the Withdrawal tab and choose where you want the funds to go — GoPay, ShopeePay or a Bank Transfer destination. If this is your first withdrawal, the system will prompt you to complete account verification before the request can be processed; that step is covered in the verification section below.
Open Withdrawal in Banking
Go to Banking, then select the Withdrawal tab. Your saved payout methods — GoPay, ShopeePay or Bank Transfer — are listed for you to choose from.
Enter the Amount
Type the withdrawal amount. The field shows the balance available on your account. Stay within the amount shown; the system will not process requests that exceed your current balance.
Confirm Receiving Account
Review the wallet phone number or bank account number shown on screen. If the saved details are outdated, update them in Account Settings before submitting so the funds reach the correct destination.
Track Status in History
After submission, the request appears in your transaction history with a Pending status. When processing is complete, the status updates. Note the reference number in case you need to contact support.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Verifying Your elitejp Account Before Withdrawal
Account verification at elitejp is a one-time step that unlocks withdrawal for your account. It protects your balance by confirming that the person requesting a payout is the same person who registered. The Verification tab appears in your account menu after login; it shows exactly which documents are currently required and their accepted formats. Uploading clear, unedited scans or photos of the required ID moves the check forward. Once our team reviews the submission, the status in that tab updates — you do not need to contact support unless the status has not changed after the review window shown in the tab itself.
Locate the Verification Tab
After login, open your account menu and select Verification. The tab lists the current document requirements and shows the status of any submission already in review.
Prepare Your ID Document
Have a government-issued photo ID ready. The accepted formats are listed in the Verification tab. Make sure the image is clear and all four corners of the document are visible.
Upload and Submit
Upload the document file through the form shown in the tab. Confirm your submission — the status will change to Under Review once our team receives it.
Wait for Status Update
The tab shows a review timeline. Once the check is complete, your account status updates and withdrawals become available. Contact support only if the status does not change within the window stated.
PAYMENT METHODS
Deposit and Withdrawal Methods on elitejp
We support three confirmed payment rails for Indonesia accounts: GoPay and ShopeePay as e-wallet options, and Bank Transfer for direct bank funding. Each method is listed in the Banking section of your account dashboard after login. The fields displayed for each method guide you through the exact details needed — phone number for e-wallets, bank name and account number for transfers. Availability of each method depends on local law and eligible regions; the Banking tab shows only the methods currently active for your account.
GoPay
Link your GoPay phone number in the e-wallet tab under Banking. Both deposit and withdrawal are supported through GoPay where available for your account.
ShopeePay
ShopeePay appears alongside GoPay in the e-wallet tab. Enter your registered ShopeePay number to set up the connection for deposits and withdrawals.
Bank Transfer
Select Bank Transfer for direct bank-to-bank transactions. Choose your bank from the dropdown, enter the account number, and use the payment reference shown on screen when making your transfer.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Matching Your Wallet History with Your elitejp Account
Your account transaction history is the reference point for every deposit and withdrawal you make. Each entry shows a unique reference number, the payment method used, the amount, and a status label. When you need to cross-check against your GoPay, ShopeePay or bank statement, the reference number is the connecting detail — it appears on both the elitejp history entry and the payment provider's transaction record. Keeping a screenshot of each transaction status page is a straightforward habit that saves time if a query ever comes up later.
Reference Numbers
Every transaction in your account history carries a unique reference number. This is the same number shown in your GoPay, ShopeePay or bank confirmation. Use it when contacting support about a specific transaction — it removes ambiguity from any query.
Status Labels Explained
Your transaction history uses three status labels: Pending means the request is being processed; Completed means funds have moved; Rejected means the transaction did not go through and the amount was not deducted. A Rejected status always includes a short reason.
Account History Access
Open Transaction History from your account menu to see the full list of deposits and withdrawals in date order. You can filter by method — GoPay, ShopeePay, Bank Transfer — or by status to narrow down a specific entry quickly.
What Evidence to Keep
Save the confirmation screen from your GoPay or ShopeePay app, or your bank's transfer receipt, until the matching entry in your elitejp history shows a Completed status. If a deposit stays Pending, this evidence is what support needs to investigate.
BANKING QUESTIONS
Common Questions About elitejp Deposits and Withdrawals
The questions below cover the scenarios our members ask about most often when managing their account balance. If your situation is not listed here, the Help channel in your account menu connects you to our support team directly — have your transaction reference number ready before you reach out.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit on elitejp?
Your active deposit options are shown in the Banking section after login. We support GoPay and ShopeePay as e-wallet methods, and Bank Transfer for direct bank funding. Available methods depend on local law and eligible regions — the tab shows only what is active for your account.
My deposit has not appeared in my account balance. What do I do?
First, check your transaction history in the account menu to see if the deposit entry exists with a Pending status. If it does not appear at all, open a support query through the Help channel and provide the payment reference number and a screenshot of your GoPay, ShopeePay or bank confirmation.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount on elitejp?
The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed inside the Withdrawal tab of your Banking section. We do not publish a fixed figure here because it may differ by method; check the field description shown when you select GoPay, ShopeePay or Bank Transfer as your withdrawal destination.
Why is my withdrawal request still showing as Pending?
A Pending withdrawal means the request is in the processing queue. If the status has not updated within the review window shown in your transaction history, contact support through the Help channel with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit a duplicate request while one is already pending.
Do I need to verify my account before I can withdraw?
Yes. Account verification is required before your first withdrawal. Open the Verification tab in your account menu to see the documents needed and their accepted formats. Once your submission is reviewed and approved, withdrawals become available through the Banking section.
Can I withdraw to a different GoPay number than the one I used to deposit?
The receiving wallet or bank account must be registered in your verified name. If you need to update your saved payout details, do so in Account Settings before submitting a withdrawal request. A name mismatch between your account and the receiving wallet will hold the request for an ownership check.
